Please arrive at your session with a clean face. Remove all makeup, and do not use a tanning bed 48 hours prior to your appointment. Bring your contact case and glasses if you typically wear contacts because you will need to take them out before your appointment. Your treatment is a great way to relax, so bring your headphones and feel free to enjoy music, an audiobook, or a podcast while getting your eyelashes done.
Please arrive five minutes early for your first visit so you can fill out the relevant paperwork. You must schedule a 90-minute transfer as your first appointment if you are coming to Mōv Aesthetics with eyelashes already applied from another studio. Although processes and end results differ significantly between studios, and working over another studio's work is not always possible or guaranteed, we always try our best to offer you a solution. We will need to remove the extensions and install a new set if the lashes are not adequately isolated, the extensions are too thick or lengthy for your natural lashes, or there is too much adhesive. Because we care about the health of your natural lashes and follicles, we won't perform any procedure that might harm them or has already done so.

While the risks of eyelash extensions are unlikely to occur, you may experience swelling, skin irritation, loss of natural lashes, or an eyelid infection.
